- Be punctual for assigned shifts and appointments; perform services within allocated time.

- Respond to guest inquiries and deliver services meeting expectations.
- Đáp ứng nhu cầu và mong đợi của khách hàng.
- Promote retail products and additional services.
- Tư vấn và bán sản phẩm/dịch vụ bổ sung.
- Ensure hygiene, sanitation, and compliance with health & safety regulations.
- Tuân thủ tiêu chuẩn vệ sinh, an toàn và quy định pháp luật.
- Perform spa treatments to established standards.
- Thực hiện các liệu trình theo tiêu chuẩn đã đào tạo.
- Maintain knowledge of spa services, products, and market trends.
- Cập nhật kiến thức về dịch vụ, sản phẩm và xu hướng thị trường.
- Handle guest feedback and concerns professionally.
- Xử lý phản hồi và thắc mắc của khách một cách chuyên nghiệp.
- Ensure effective booking management to maximize productivity.
- Đảm bảo sắp xếp lịch hẹn hiệu quả, tối ưu công suất trị liệu.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings.
- Tham gia đào tạo và họp bộ phận đầy đủ.
- Maintain high standards of personal grooming and professional image.
- Giữ hình ảnh cá nhân chuyên nghiệp, phù hợp tiêu chuẩn spa cao cấp.
- Work independently and collaboratively within the team.
- Làm việc độc lập và phối hợp tốt với đồng đội.
- Follow emergency, safety, and first aid procedures.
- Tuân thủ quy trình an toàn, sơ cứu và xử lý khẩn cấp.
- Support cost control by proper use of products and materials.
- Sử dụng vật tư hợp lý để kiểm soát chi phí.
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a quality work environment.
- Duy trì thái độ tích cực và môi trường làm việc chuyên nghiệp.
- Report operational issues and suggest improvements.
- Báo cáo vấn đề và đề xuất cải tiến.
- Perform other duties assigned by Supervisor/Manager.
- Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân công.

Education and Training | Trình độ học vấn
High School Diploma or above
