I/ OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION:

• Ensures that staff use and maintain cleaning equipment and machines in a proper way. Cleaning equipment and machines should be stored properly and always in good working condition. 
• Ensures that supplies for Public Area are replenished timely.
• Maintains a daily log showing assignments and notations on repairs and maintenance items as well as special cleaning requirements that should be brought to the attention of PA Manager.
• Properly use of chemical with minimum wastage.
• Schedules and supervises the cleaning of carpet and decoration.
• Inspect the public area regularly during shift.
• Ensure the flowers and plants in good conditions, report to manager if find any problems and inform the florist to change it in time.
• Ensure the PA storeroom is clean, chemicals and tools are kept well.
• Adhere to hotel cleaning and maintenance programs.

II/ JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• LANGUAGES: Can communication in English
• SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE: Computer Skills
• Cleaning chemical knowledge
• At least 1 year in international hotels in the same position.
