1. OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION/ MỤC TIÊU CÔNG VIỆC:
Be responsible to ensure the task is completed according to the hotel standard which meets the needs and expectations of the guests.
Chịu trách nhiệm đảm bảo hoàn thành nhiệm vụ theo tiêu chuẩn của khách sạn, đáp ứng nhu cầu và mong đợi của khách.
Responsible for operation, maintaining, trouble shooting, repair, new works/modification of all operations equipment in the hotel.
Chịu trách nhiệm vận hành, bảo trì, khắc phục sự cố, sửa chữa, làm mới / chỉnh sửa tất cả các thiết bị hoạt động trong khách sạn.
2. MAIN RESPONBIBILITIES/ TRÁCH NHIỆM CHÍNH:
Perform repairs and maintenance duties on a wide variety of kitchen and refrigeration equipment such as walk-in freezers, industrial-sized steam cookers, refrigerators, ice machines, washers, ovens, dryers, dishwashers, and water coolers.
Thực hiện nhiệm vụ sửa chữa và bảo trì nhiều loại thiết bị nhà bếp và điện lạnh như tủ đông không cửa ngăn, nồi hấp cỡ công nghiệp, tủ lạnh, máy làm đá, máy rửa chén, lò nướng, máy sấy, máy rửa chén và máy làm mát nước.
Maintenance and repair of buggy cars.
Bảo trì bảo dưỡng xe buggy.
Check the buggy‘s operation status.
Kiểm tra tình hình hoạt động xe buggy.
Repair steering system, electrical system, battery, brake system, accelerator.
Sửa chữa hệ thống thước lái, hệ thống điện, bình ắc quy, hệ thống phanh, chân ga.
Handles all equipment in a proper manner. Maintains and ensure all equipment are at its best.
Xử lý tất cả các thiết bị theo cách thích hợp. Bảo trì và đảm bảo tất cả các thiết bị ở trạng thái tốt nhất.
Utilizes waste/recycling of reusable parts.
Tận dụng rác thải / tái chế các bộ phận có thể tái sử dụng.
Practises accident prevention measures.
Thực hành các biện pháp phòng ngừa xảy ra tai nạn.
Adheres to fire prevention and safety measures in the Plant Room Workshop.
Tuân thủ các biện pháp phòng chống cháy nổ và an toàn trong phân xưởng
Upkeeps workplace cleanliness and free from hazards daily after work.

Organizes disposal items safely in a timely manner
Sắp xếp các vật phẩm thải bỏ một cách an toàn và kịp thời
Assists Duty Engineer with the design of a preventative maintenance program
Hỗ trợ Trưởng ca bộ phận Kỹ thuật về thiết kế chương trình bảo trì dự phòng
Liaises directly with departments regarding the completion of work orders and prioritise in order of guest satisfaction

Be able to show flexibility to change the schedule in light of guest priorities

Participate in staff meeting regarding proper operating and maintenance practices of equipment
Tham gia vào cuộc họp của nhân viên về thực hành vận hành và bảo trì thiết bị phù hợp
To attend all training session/programs that is required by the hotel’s management.

Explore and incorporate environmentally friendly initiatives

To perform other duties assigned by the Engineering Supervisor/ ADOE from time to time.

3. JOB REQUIREMENTS | YÊU CẦU TUYỂN DỤNG:
Technical school degree
Bằng cấp chuyên về Kỹ thuật
At least two years in international hotels in the same position
Ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương trong môi trường khách sạn quốc tế
