KEY RESPONSIBILITIES | NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH

• Comply with and promote Pool Safety Operating Procedures at all times.
  Tuân thủ và nhắc nhở mọi người thực hiện đúng quy trình an toàn hồ bơi.

• Maintain vigilant supervision of pool areas and ensure safety of guests and staff; perform rescues when required.
  Giám sát khu vực hồ bơi, đảm bảo an toàn cho khách và nhân viên; sẵn sàng cứu hộ khi cần.

• Patrol all areas to ensure proper usage.
  Tuần tra các khu vực, đảm bảo sử dụng đúng mục đích.

• Inspect equipment and report any damage or malfunction promptly.
  Kiểm tra thiết bị và báo cáo ngay khi có hư hỏng hoặc sự cố.

• Handle and record lost property in line with procedures.
  Quản lý tài sản thất lạc theo đúng quy trình.

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  Duy trì tiêu chuẩn cao về vệ sinh và sạch sẽ.

• Monitor and maintain pool water quality (chemical and physical factors).
  Kiểm soát chất lượng nước hồ (yếu tố hóa học và vật lý).

• Ensure safe storage of pool equipment and report maintenance issues.
  Bảo quản thiết bị an toàn và báo cáo các vấn đề bảo trì.

• Support pool operations and activities professionally.
  Hỗ trợ vận hành và các hoạt động hồ bơi một cách chuyên nghiệp.

• Ensure proper opening/closing procedures and security, especially under weather changes.
  Đảm bảo đóng/mở khu vực và an ninh, đặc biệt khi thời tiết thay đổi.

• Assist in supervising children’s activities.
  Hỗ trợ giám sát các hoạt động của trẻ em.

• Attend required lifeguard and related training sessions.
  Tham gia đầy đủ các khóa huấn luyện cứu hộ và đào tạo liên quan.

• Verify guest receipts for pool access when required.
  Kiểm tra hóa đơn khách khi cần.

• Comply with Emergency Action Plans and handle incidents appropriately.
  Tuân thủ kế hoạch khẩn cấp và xử lý sự cố đúng cách.

• Provide friendly guest service and accurate information.
  Phục vụ khách thân thiện và cung cấp thông tin chính xác.

• Recognize repeat guests and anticipate their needs.
  Nhận biết khách quen và đáp ứng nhu cầu của họ.

• Adhere to health, safety, and fire prevention regulations.
  Tuân thủ quy định về an toàn, sức khỏe và phòng cháy chữa cháy.

• Record incidents and accidents as per hotel requirements.
  Ghi nhận sự cố và tai nạn theo quy định.

• Perform other duties assigned by Supervisor/Manager.
  Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân công.

REQUIREMENTS | YÊU CẦU

Education and Training | Trình độ học vấn

College degree or above
Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên

Language | Ngôn ngữ

• Vietnamese: Excellent (written & spoken)
  Tiếng Việt: Thành thạo (nói và viết)

• English: Good (written & spoken)
  Tiếng Anh: Giao tiếp và viết tốt

Specific Knowledge | Yêu cầu chuyên môn

Computer skills, swimming skills; life-saving certificate is preferred
Kỹ năng máy tính, kỹ năng bơi lội; ưu tiên có chứng chỉ cứu hộ

Work Experience | Kinh nghiệm làm việc

At least 2 years of experience in a similar position in international hotels
Ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương tại các khách sạn quốc tế
