Supervise daily bar operations to ensure consistent, high-quality service in line with brand standards, while supporting the team’s development, controlling costs, and enhancing guest satisfaction.

Monitor sales and support revenue targets through upselling and promotions.

Control costs (beverages, breakages, equipment, supplies).

3/ REQUIREMENTS | YÊU CẦU:
2–3 years of F&B experience, including 1 year in supervision.
2–3 năm kinh nghiệm F&B, ít nhất 1 năm giám sát
Strong bar operations and beverage knowledge.
Am hiểu vận hành quầy bar và đồ uống
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Kỹ năng lãnh đạo, giao tiếp, xử lý tình huống
Ability to train and motivate team.
Khả năng đào tạo và tạo động lực
Guest-oriented with attention to detail.
Định hướng khách hàng, chú trọng chi tiết
Good English communication.
