1/ MISSION | SỨ MỆNH:
Under the general direction of The Level Supervisor and within the limits of established Melia Hotels and its policies and procedures. Assist The Level floor Supervisor/Manager to answer telephone calls and meet guests in The Level Lounge. Responsible for The Level daily operation. Promote the desired work culture and values of trust, integrity and respect, following the Melia Brand ethos.
2/ MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES | TRÁCH NHIỆM CHÍNH:
- Maintain a friendly, neat and pleasant image to our customers.
- Always check personal hygiene and be well groomed in appearance.
- Always wear a clean and tidy uniform.
- Always be friendly and professional under any circumstances.
- Provide courteous service to guests and respond promptly and tactfully to guests’ complaints, requests and enquiries.
- Give guests immediate and complete attention to their requests and complaints.
- Work closely with The Level Supervisor/Manager in handling complaints.
- In the absence of The Level Supervisor/Manager, takes down particulars of complaints or requests and pass them to Duty Manager and Customer Service Manager to follow up.
- Greet and meet guests in The Level from 6 am to 11pm.
- Offering the Food and Beverage service for our customers. Take the order carefully and deliver the food and drink quickly.
- Drinks delivery must within 4 minutes while food like egg is not over 8 Minutes.
- Check the Food and Beverage inventory and office stationery. Make sure it is enough for daily use.
- Reserve the meeting rooms accordingly. Must confirm the detail of the date, time, number of customers, contact information, location and price .Also include the facility arrangement and the method of payment.
- Check the executive floor lounge and meeting room constantly make sure the place is clean and tidy.
- The bath room is without disposal towel. Door is closed while the smell of the lounge is good.
- Protect the fixed asset and poverty, the drawl must be locked and the belonging must put inside.
- Prepare registration card and room key before guest’s arrival.
- Make courtesy call after guest check in 10 Minutes later, make sure guest luggage has been received while room is comfortable.
- Update guest profile include repeat guest profile, loyalty guest profile, guest birthday profile, e-mail address and preference accordingly.
- Upon guest check out, enquire the guest transportation arrangement and also ask the comment of guest entire stay.
- Responsible for all the enquiries from guests.
- Introduce The Level facilities to guests upon their arrival
- Record down all suggestions and comments from guests.
- Assist The Level Manager to answer the phone calls in The Level
- Follow the instruction of the Emergency Procedure whenever applicable
- During a fire, or emergencies related to death, robbery, bomb threat, etc. apply the hotel’s emergency procedure as laid down by the management.
- Perform any other duties as requested by The Level Manger or other Management staff.
3/ REQUIREMENTS | YÊU CẦU:

Spanish - knowledge is not a must but will help embody & communication of Company culture.

2 years in the hospitality industry in a similar position in a 5 star, deluxe hotel
